Why do we ask for feedback?
We are nothing without patients, and it matters what they think. We ask all of our patients for their feedback and real reviews as this helps us understand their feelings about the care they have received. This valuable feedback from patients, who often have thoughts about how we can improve our care and areas which they would like to see change is the first place we look – it gives us an insight into our own business.
We are always happy to hear from patients, as we get to know them more and more, we care and want to ensure that any improvements or criticism are taken very seriously, and followed through, so all patients leave safe in the knowledge that their dental team care deeply about the service and patient care they provide.
How do we ask for feedback?
We use a third party reviews platform called Feefo, and this allows us to ensure that we only collect genuine reviews from real patients who have been through our clinic. Every one of our patients will receive a feedback request from Feefo and they are then able to leave real reviews and thoughts at a time that suits them.

All of our patients are invited to leave feedback, via an email invitation, regardless of what treatment they had, how long that treatment took, or which dentist carried out their procedure. We want to know how you found our service and we are always ready to listen. Our team, waiting times and pain management are all hot topics, to ensure we provide the best care at all times.
