We realise if you are in pain and discomfort, you want to see a dentist immediately and we do all we can to make that happen.
What is an emergency?
Some of the most common dental emergency issues we see, are: painful toothache, infections, broken teeth, abused (knocked out) teeth, extruded teeth (pushed out from the socket) or excessively bleeding gums. All these emergencies can potentially be very painful, cause concern and possibly feel very traumatic.
What we provide
We provide same day appointments on most occasions, and we will do everything possible to ensure you are seen by one of our expert dental team as soon as possible. It is important that in an emergency situation you are seen by a dentist as this can make future dental treatment more effective; it can be tempting to take home medication to ease the pain, but in some cases, this may mask the pain but increase the damage caused. So, it is vital that you get in touch with our dental care team so we can book an appointment for you as soon as we can.
We have a caring team available 6 days with extended opening hours twice a week. Our rapid response policy means that our team work to liaise with you to arrange an appointment and provide treatment as quickly as possible. We also have an out of hours telephone number for our patients to access if they need to contact us immediately during the out of hours timescale.
