It’s important to get your oral health examined every 6 months so any issues can be diagnosed as early as possible, so that more complicated / pricey treatments aren’t needed down the line.
Unfortunately, it’s been recently reported that many people in the UK are now going without seeing a dentist or hygienist as they can’t get into a practice, some for years!
Instead of letting tooth problems get worse, it might be better to consider private dental care instead. We’re currently accepting new patients and our private fees aren’t as expensive as you’d think. In fact, if you were to compare with NHS timeframes and prices, it isn’t too much different.
New patients can sign up and come for their first 20-30 minute check-up appointment, which includes x-rays if needed, for £50, reducing to £40 for future appointments. This compares to £23.80 for a 5/10 min appointment with an NHS dentist. We won’t rush you through, on your first visit you’ll receive a full new patient examination where we’ll check your teeth and gums, assess your soft tissues, glands, and jaw and discuss your medical history and general health to enable us to understand you and your goals.
